Personal Training and Nutritional Counseling
Program
Design- Based on your goals, current fitness and resources available, I
will design a workout program that addresses the specific demands of riding. Initial assessment plus 8 weeks
of workouts is $50. Additional 4 week workouts, with adjusted goals are
$25. (includes email and/or phone availablity for questions).
Nutritional Guide- I work with you to determine how best to plan
your nutrition to help you meet your weight loss, fitness or health
goals. Monthly assessment along with guidelines for calories,
macronutrient breakdown goals, and suggested recipes. $25/month
Nutritional Counseling- I work with you to determine how best to
plan your nutrition to help
you meet your weight loss, fitness or health goals. Monthly assessment
along with guidelines for calories, macronutrient breakdown goals, and
suggested recipes. Also includes two weekly emails with menu and recipe
suggestions and unlimited email correspondence for questions and ideas.
$50/month
Online
Training- Includes program design service, plus twice weekly email or
phone consultations (by client preference) to track progress, make
adjustments as necessary and provide support. $50/month
Complete Training Package- Online Training with Nutritional
Counseling services. Both services with unlimited phone/email support
for questions. $80/month
Training Session- On location training
session. Perfect as an add-on to other services when you need a little
help with your form or motivation. $30/ 1 hour session. Regular
Sessions can be scheduled at discounted rate.
